Our property address is 2941 SE County Road 337, Morriston, FL 32668. We are just north of Willard’s Restaurant.
When can I call you?
We have a convenient call center that is available between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm daily. Our staff always strives to be welcoming, friendly, and kind.
Do you offer 24-hour access?
We sure do. Our self-storage units and vehicle parking spaces are your best choice if you seek frequent access. Security cameras are placed throughout the grounds to guarantee the safety of our customers and their stored belongings.
How far are you from Bronson, FL?
We are only about 12 miles away, meaning you can reach us after a 13-minute drive from Bronson. Our self-storage property is also close to Ocala, Inglis, Williston, Otter Creek, Raleigh, Archer, Dunnellon, and other surrounding communities.
What are your insurance requirements?
Insurance is required for your property. We need an insurance declaration page for RVs and campers as well as any lien holder information. For our storage units, we offer insurance for purchase starting at less than $10 a month with $0 deductible through the MiniCo Pay-With-Rent Tenant Insurance Program. If you purchase coverage through us, it starts the day you move-in. If you want to use your personal homeowners insurance, please verify with your insurance company that offsite storage of your property is covered. If you use personal insurance, we require a copy of the insurance declaration page.
Can I store my horse items?
Of course. We offer a variety of interior storage options that allow you to keep your horse supplies and tack away from bugs and rodents.
What is drive-up access?
Drive-up access allows you to park directly in front of the door of your unit, giving you direct access to your vehicle for easy loading and unloading. Our self-storage units are great for keeping leather, fabrics, and nearly any type of item safe.
Do you offer RV storage?
We have many outdoor and indoor RV parking spaces. Don’t worry if you are a “newbie” at towing an RV – we will give you a covered or uncovered spot where you can back your vehicle in with ease.
Can I make my payments online?
Yes, our customers can pay their bills from anywhere with an internet connection. You can also set up auto-pay and auto-renew for an even easier storage experience.
Is there a reservation fee?
Yes, we charge a 10% reservation fee that is credited to your account when you move in. Reservations expire after 30 days; at which point the fee is no longer refundable.
